Blacklist/Whitelist

Introduction

The blacklist feature of AutoGallery SQL can be used to block certain galleries from being submitted to your TGP. AutoGallery SQL offers many different ways to blacklist galleries, and allows you to blacklist and delete a gallery at any time. If you need assistance getting started with your blacklist, it may be benificial to look at the owner's forums. Many times there are discussions about blacklists, and you can also post a message requesting other users blacklists.

Types

AutoGallery SQL offers a total of seven different types of blacklists and the whitelist. Each of the different types is very useful and will help you to keep your TGP clean. Wildcards

With all of the blacklists you can use wildcards. Wildcards are specified by a * character, and tell AutoGallery SQL that anything can appear where the * is located. This can be very useful for all of the blacklists. Here are a few examples to get you pointed in the right direction.
Adding

To access the blacklist interface, locate and click on the Blacklist/Whitelist link the Gallery Control section of the control panel menu. AutoGallery SQL will load a page where you can add, view, and delete your blacklisted items.

To add to a blacklist, first select the type of item you want to blacklist from the drop down menu. Once you have selected the type, enter each of the items you want to blacklist in the large text input field. Make sure you place one item per line. If there is an item that spans muliple lines, you need to condense it down so it is only one line. Click on the Add button to add these items to the blacklist.

You can click on any of the links in the Current Blacklist box to see your currently blacklisted items.

Deleting

To access the blacklist interface, locate and click on the Blacklist/Whitelist link the Gallery Control section of the control panel menu. AutoGallery SQL will load a page where you can add, view, and delete your blacklisted items.

Once you have selected the type, enter each of the items you want to remove in the large text input field.
