To view the newly created accounts, select To Do > Review User Accounts from the control panel menu. This will load the Account Search interface with the appropriate options set to display only accounts with pending status.
New accounts can be processed one at a time, or in bulk. To process them one at a time click on the icon for the account you want to process. When you do this two drop down selection boxes and a submit button will appear looking like this:
- Select what you want to do with this account, either Reject or Approve
- Select which e-mail, if any, you want to send. 'No E-mail' means no message will be sent; 'Approval E-mail' will send the email-account-added.tpl e-mail. The rejection e-mails that you have defined will also appear in this list with the Rejection: prefix.
- Once you have selected what you want to do with the account and which e-mail to send, press this button to process the account
